As you will be aware, the COVID-19 rates of infection have increased to significant levels in our area. At the same time we need to maximise our work of vaccinating patients with the COVID-19 vaccine. Your online form will be reviewed by a clinician and you will be contacted back with a text. You will either be contacted by the surgery to ask you more questions or you will receive a text on what to do next.

To book an appointment with the nurse please complete the form stating you want administrative help, please state on the form the reason for the appointment.


Medical Certificates for first 7 days are not required. No Medical certificates will be provided by the practice for self-isolation past 7 days.  COVID-19 related sick notes are available here:

Welcome to the Medical Centre, Ruislip 

the medical centre ruislipAt The Medical Centre in Ruislip the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  The surgery provides care for around 6500 patients in the local area. 

We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

We are a teaching practice so frequently we have Medical Students sitting in on the consultations, if you do not feel comfortable with this please let the receptionist known when you check in.

There are now appointments with GPs and nurses available to book outside of the standard GP practice opening hours. Please click on the Clinics & Services link for details the Extended Access Hub. Please note that the Alexandra Avenue Walk-in Clinic is no longer available for patients registered at this surgery.
