Book your appointments & request your prescriptions online.

You can now request your repeat prescriptions and book your apppointmoint with a doctor online. In order to do this, you need to register for Patient Access by coming into the surgery and requesting your unique registration password that will be personal to you.

Aged between 40-74? You may be entitled to a free NHS Health Check. Check separate page for details.

Shingles Vaccination

You may be eligible to receive a vaccination against shingles. All patients aged 71 & 72 years on 1st September 2015. All patients aged 79 years are eligible. (Please note: other age groups will be introduced in future years.) Please contact the surgery for further details.  

Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC)

The HSCIC will shortly begin extracting data via GP Extraction Services (GPES). For further information please see page dedicated to this. Leaflets are also available in the surgery.
