*Free* Smoking Cessation Advice at The Medical Centre

If you are considering stopping smoking, we have a free one-to-one quitting service on offer. National statistics show that you are four times more likely to succeed in quitting if you are booked in to a programme. We have a trained smoking cessation advisor who will give you strategies to help you in your quit attempt and discuss week by week how you are getting on.

Quitting smoking dramatically increases your chances of living a longer and healthier life. Ring the surgery to arrange an appointment.

N.B. Patients that have been seen before for smoking cessation are welcome back to this service after three months.
